Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

We are selling Downloadable Template products, so to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused on any website. It must also be deleted from website.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our policy offers a full refund within 3 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

TemplateWizards.in and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. First, log in to your account on the website using My-Account. Then, find the Orders tab on your My Account page to view your recent orders.
  2. Select the order you want to refund.
  3. Go to the order summary, and select the Refund button.
    1. Note: If you do not see the Refund button, it means the 3-day period has passed.
  4. You will be redirected to the Order Refund Request Form.
    1. Provide Bank Details (if applicable): If the refund needs to be processed to a different account or card, please provide the necessary bank details.
    2. Select Refund Reason: Choose an appropriate reason for your refund from the drop-down menu.
    3. Write a Description: Provide a detailed explanation for your refund request in the description box.
    4. Attach Files (if necessary): Attach any relevant files to support your refund request, such as screenshots or documents.
  5. After filling out the form and providing all necessary information, click on ‘Submit Request’ to submit your refund request.
